- How long does delivery take?
- We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your city.
- Do you offer exchanges or returns?
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed pieces with tags still attached. Reach out on WhatsApp or email with your order details to start one. We do not currently offer cash refunds.
- How do I pick the right size?
- Every product page includes a size guide with chest, waist, length and sleeve measurements for that specific piece — check it before ordering, since fit varies slightly by style. If you're between sizes, message us on WhatsApp with your child's measurements and we'll advise.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We currently offer Cash on Delivery — the delivery charge is paid in advance to confirm your order, and the rest is paid on arrival. If you'd rather not pay on delivery, you can pay the full order amount upfront instead, on the same account used for the delivery charge.
